Question for anyone who was there - I had read in an earlier article (I think one of Rachel's) that Janus could be used by labor to expand collective bargaining - i.e., if collective barg is protected speech, then unions could bring suit against restrictions on collective bargaining. Was there any discussion of this at the NEA meeting?
